Volunteers
The Steel City Showdown is a volunteer-run event. We need your help to put on a successful race. Jobs include :
- Course Marshals - direct pedestrians and traffic
- Registration - sign in and register racers (filled)
- Morning setup - help setup the course at 5:30-8:30am
- Afternoon teardown - 2:30-4pm help pack up
The organizers thank all volunteers who helped make the 2011 Steel City Showdown a complete success. This event absolutely could not have happened without the small army of people who came before sunrise, stood on corners to hold away traffic, and stayed late at the end of the race. Thank you so much for your hard work.
